Refund and Cancellation Policy for Stride Hospitals

This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds related to course registrations and memberships offered by Stride Hospitals or Stride Trust.

A. Cancellation by Stride Hospitals

  1. Course Cancellation: Stride Hospitals reserves the right to cancel a course or registration due to low enrolment or other circumstances that would make the course non-viable.

  2. Registration Cancellation: Stride Hospitals reserves the right to cancel the registration of any participant for reasons including, but not limited to, maintaining discipline and order in the classroom or on any of our platforms.

  3. Refund Process: If Stride Hospitals cancels a registration, registrants will be offered a full refund.

    • For online payments, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days from the cancellation date.

    • For cash payments, the refund must be collected in person from the Stride Hospitals administrative office.

  4. Postponement: Should a course be postponed, Stride Hospitals reserves the right to either issue a full refund or transfer the registration to the same course at the new, future date.

B. Cancellation by Participant

Stride Hospitals operates on a ‘No Refund & Cancellation Policy’ for participants who choose to cancel their registration.

  • Customers agree that Stride Hospitals is not responsible for refunding course fees or any amount paid for enrolment in any of our courses or programs once the payment has been processed.

  • For any feedback, complaints, or suggestions, the concerned department or branch of Stride Hospitals should be approached directly. The responsible department will work towards a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

This policy applies to all Stride Hospitals courses and programs unless otherwise explicitly stated in the corresponding event or course materials.
